At Koş Koş Tour we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and book a transfer or tour, how we use it and what rights you have. The statutory notice on personal data processing is in our KVKK Privacy Notice.
Information We Collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone, passenger names, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, number of bags, extras and notes to the driver.
- Account details: if you register, your name, email and an encrypted form of your password; with Google or Apple sign-in, the name and email those services share.
- Payment details: payment method, amount and status. We never see or store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited.
- Messages and reviews: your contact form messages and the reviews you submit for publication.
How We Use It
- to create, confirm and deliver your booking on time;
- to give your driver what is needed to meet you and to track your flight;
- to send booking confirmations, change and cancellation notices;
- to answer your questions and requests;
- to keep the site secure and block fraudulent and automated activity;
- with your consent, to measure usage statistics so we can improve the site and our ads.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing without your consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies are not set unless you consent; in that case Google tools run cookieless and without identifiers under Google Consent Mode. Sharing
We share information only as far as the service requires: with our drivers and partner carriers, payment institutions, hosting and email providers, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising providers. We may disclose information to authorities where legally required.
Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored irreversibly, and admin access is restricted by role.
Your Rights
You may access your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. You can delete your account on the "My Profile" page; for other requests write to koskostour@gmail.com.
Children
You must be 18 or older to make a booking. Listing children as passengers is the responsibility of the adult making the booking.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date.
