Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website operated by Koş Koş Tour (the "Company") and transfer and tour bookings made through it. By using the site or making a booking you accept these terms.

1. Parties and Service

2. Booking

  • A booking is made by selecting the route, date, time, number of passengers and vehicle on the site and entering your contact details. The person booking must be at least 18 years old.
  • When the booking is created you receive a booking code and an email confirmation. You can view your booking with this code and your email address on the "Find Booking" page.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give (especially flight number, pickup address, number of passengers and bags, and phone). The Company is not liable for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect information.
  • The vehicle is chosen according to the number of passengers and bags you declare. Extra passengers or luggage beyond that may not be carried.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are calculated during booking according to route, vehicle type and selected extras and shown on the confirmation screen. The confirmed price is fixed for the service described.
  • Payment is made by the methods offered on the site (bank transfer, cash in the vehicle, or online payment where available). For bank transfer, account details are sent with your booking confirmation.
  • The services included in the price are shown on the confirmation screen. Additional routes, stops or waiting not stated in the booking may be charged extra.

4. Meeting and Waiting

  • For airport transfers the driver tracks your flight number and meets you according to the actual landing time.
  • If the driver cannot reach you, or the passenger does not come to the meeting point despite a reasonable waiting time, the service may be considered unused (no-show).

5. Changes and Cancellation

  • You can cancel pending or confirmed bookings on the "My Bookings" page and contact us for changes.
  • For a paid booking, the refund conditions depending on the time of cancellation are stated in your booking confirmation and in our correspondence with you. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • In case of force majeure beyond the Company's control (weather, accidents, road closures, decisions of authorities), the Company will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative but is not liable for indirect losses arising from such events.

6. Passenger Obligations

  • Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle; seat belts must be worn.
  • Age-appropriate child seats must be requested as an extra when booking.
  • Travelling with a pet must be stated in the booking note.
  • The passenger is liable for damage to the vehicle caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
  • Illegal substances or items may not be carried; the driver may stop the service if safety is at risk.

7. Accounts

Registration is optional; you can book without an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and can delete your account at any time on the "My Profile" page.

8. Reviews

Reviews are published after moderation. Reviews containing insults, personal data, advertising or false statements are not published.

9. Intellectual Property

Texts, images, logos and software on the site belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, the Company's liability is limited to the price of the booking concerned.

11. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

13. Changes

The Company may update these terms. The current version applies to new bookings from the moment it is published on this page; existing bookings remain subject to the terms in force when they were made.
